Who we are
Suzhou Jufangzhai Food Co., Ltd. (export brand: Jufunzay) operates this website and receives inquiries submitted through the Contact form.
What we collect and why
When you submit an inquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, company name, business email, country / region, the product categories and specific products you are interested in, and the message you write. Optional fields (WhatsApp / phone, buyer type, estimated quantity, destination port, packaging requirements, preferred contact method) are stored only when you choose to provide them.
We use these details for one purpose only: to respond to your inquiry and continue the commercial conversation you started. We do not use them for marketing lists, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own marketing.
Where your data is stored
Inquiries are stored in our managed database hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, eu-central-1). Access is restricted to our export team.
Retention review
Each inquiry is scheduled for a retention review 24 months after it is received. At that point we assess whether the record is still needed for an active commercial relationship. Records that are no longer needed are deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to the inquiry data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or ask us to delete the record. To make a request, contact:
